Seiko Capacitor 3026-24T Seiko 3026 24T Watch Battery (MT621) for Seiko AS32 & AS37 Modules. This watch battery/capacitor is a version of the Panasonic MT-621 cell with tags as shown and is used in the Seiko watches with the following watch movement calibres:

For kinetic capacitors, after installing a new capacitor in your watch, you will need to shake or swing the watch from 800 to 2,000 times to fully charge the new capacitor. For solar capacitors, after installing a new capacitor in your watch, you will need to expose the watch to light. The charging of the capacitor can take hours. A watch should be fully charged, before it is worn again. Some models require 5 hours of direct sunlight and some others require a light source at 3000 Lux.
