Horotec Flashtest
Horotec Flashtest Horotec Flashtest is a multi-function portable tester for analog quartz watches and quartz watch movements. Supplied with 2 precision probes, 9V AC adapter, 9V battery, instructions for use and a technical guide on movement consumption and coil resistance values of popular quartz movements. Without opening the watch the Flashtest can perform quick tests on electronic parts such as the battery, electronic circuit, coil and step motor. It has a turbo feature that can be used to unjam the wheel train, check that hands are turning free and clear, and check that calendar functions are operating correctly. These tests can quickly determine if a malfunction is caused by an electronic or mechanical fault. When a watch is opened the Flashtest can perform tests of the real battey status (load test), consumption of the electronic circuit, consumption of movement and the coil continuity. Tests performed on the opened watches are necessary to get precise information on the status of vital components. The extra large digits give quick and easy readings on the large LCD panel. The battery test function will test from 0 to 19.999 volts.
