Castaldo Titanium Label Mold Rubber - Strips Titanium Label rubber packs, cuts, bends, flexes and stretches just like the standard White Label and Gold Label rubber. The rubber is hard but at the same time flexible, translating into much less pattern distortion. Pattern areas with small sections of rubber that can move during wax injection with standard rubber compounds, will stay exactly in place. Shrinkage is only 1.4%. This molding rubber is so hard it can be clamped at much higher pressure without mold distortion and injected at higher wax pressures and at a lower wax temperature. The strips measure 18" x 2 7/8th" x 1/8th" (45.7 cm x 7.3 cm x 0.32 cm)" and will fit most commonly available mold making frames. Packed in a box containing 5 lbs of rubber. Just enough jewelry molding rubber to make approx. 15-25 standard size jewelry molds. Complete set of instructions are enclosed in each box of rubber.
